📢 Important Update: Transfer of funds from Hazara Charitable Trust
We are pleased to inform our community that a significant milestone has been achieved! A total amount of £67,649.41 has now been successfully transferred from the Hazara Charitable Trust to the Qaaem Foundation bank account as of 09/04/2025.
This remarkable step was made possible by the overwhelming support and vote of approval from our respected community members during a meeting held on 23rd March 2025. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the trustees and advisory board of the Hazara Charitable Trust for safeguarding these funds and supporting their smooth transfer.
🔹 This development not only strengthens the financial foundation of Qaaem Foundation but also brings us closer to our shared vision of purchasing a permanent community centre in London.
🔹 We invite everyone to join us in this journey by setting up a Standing Order from as little as £30 per month to support our mission.

🏛 Receiving Party: Qaaem Foundation
💷 Transferred Amount: £67,649.41 (Sixty-seven thousand, six hundred and forty-nine pounds and forty-one pence)
📄 Purpose: Community contributions previously collected and held under Hazara Charitable Trust, now officially transferred to the Qaaem Foundation account to support its mission of establishing a permanent community centre in London.
✅ Confirmation of Receipt
We, the Qaaem Foundation Finance Team, hereby confirm that the full amount of £67,649.41 was successfully received into the official Qaaem Foundation bank account on 09/04/2025.
This transfer was made following a majority decision during a community meeting held on 23 March 2025, with the support and approval of both the trustees and the advisory board of the Hazara Charitable Trust.
We express our sincere thanks to everyone involved in securing and transferring these funds, and to all our generous donors over the years.

Announcement: A Significant Step Forward for Qaaem Foundation
We are delighted to share a remarkable milestone for the Qaaem Foundation!
Through the dedicated efforts of our respected elders, a sum of £15,829.85 (fifteen thousand, eight hundred twenty-nine pounds and eighty-five pence), previously held in one of the community accounts (Old Qaaem) and inactive in recent years, has been successfully transferred to the Qaaem Foundation bank account as of 21/12/2024.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the Board of Trustees of the previous charitable effort for safeguarding this amount over the years and actively facilitating its transfer. Special thanks are extended to Mr. Zia Sekandari for his invaluable support in this process.
We also sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this initiative in the past. May Allah reward you abundantly for your generosity and dedication, and bless you with health, success, and prosperity.
This important development marks a significant step toward unifying our community’s resources and achieving our shared goals. It also sets a precedent for transferring other community-held funds into the Qaaem Foundation’s account, further strengthening our mission.
