At QAAEM Foundation, we plan to offer Health & Wellbeing classes in the future as part of our commitment to improving the overall quality of life for our community. These classes will focus on both physical and mental health, promoting a balanced lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.
We will provide sessions on topics such as stress management, mental health awareness, healthy eating, and regular physical activity, tailored to the needs of children, women, and families. Additionally, we aim to create safe spaces where individuals can seek guidance, share experiences, and develop strategies for maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life.
By empowering our community with the knowledge and tools to prioritize their health, we hope to foster a stronger, happier, and more resilient community for the future.
At QAAEM Foundation, we welcome volunteers who are passionate about making a positive impact in our community. If you have valuable skills such as teaching, sports coaching, Islamic education, or any other expertise, we invite you to join us in helping to uplift and support our community. By volunteering, you can contribute to programs that benefit children, women, and families, and help create a brighter future for the Hazara community.
To get involved, please register with us and provide a brief explanation of your skills and how you’d like to contribute. Together, we can make a difference!
